You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

The Services and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by 9to and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our Services, but grant us a license to use it for providing the Services.

7. API Terms

Access to our API is subject to rate limits and usage restrictions based on your plan. You agree not to exceed these limits or use the API in ways that could harm our Services or other users.

10. Indemnification

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
